WORKING TOGETHER AGREEMENT

RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy) is an internationally recognised award winning
therapy pioneered by Marisa Peer and it combines Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, NLP, CBT
and neuroscience into a solution-focused therapy along with mindfulness to create a
unique approach that can help someone reframe their issues. RTT® gets to the root cause
of a problem and provides a person with the tools they need to reframe their past and
replace negative thoughts with enhanced positive beliefs.
In the attached YouTube links the founder of RTT, my inspirational multi-award winning
mentor Marisa Peer, will tell you first-hand all about her incredible therapy method in just a
few minutes.

It uses hypnotherapy to access your subconscious mind, where with my guidance, you will
find the root cause of your problem/issue that is limiting you, keeping you blocked, lost,
stuck or suffering. I then help you understand why and how this came into your life, what it
is giving you or doing for you and help you re-wire your subconscious mind, installing new,
empowering beliefs and thoughts that are aligned with your current life, goals and dreams,
while giving you profound, and permanent freedom.

You may be wondering what hypnosis is exactly or have a pre-conceived idea based on TV
shows. Hypnosis is a state of relaxation. In Hypnosis you experience a sleep of the nervous
system, where your body is relaxed, and your mind is alert and receptive to new
suggestions. Rather than being asleep and unaware of what is going on around you, you
are in a state of heightened awareness but also incredibly relaxed.
In this relaxed state, you are more suggestible and more responsive because the critical
factor (the part of your mind that screens thoughts and suggestions) shuts down while the
subconscious mind (which is highly open to suggestion) takes over.

While in a state of hypnosis or self-hypnosis, you feel relaxed; your breathing becomes
slower and deeper, your pulse rate drops and you become less aware or interested in
events going on around you. The more analytical part of your mind tunes out, and the
more feeling side tunes in. The critical factor shuts down, and the mind can accept ideas it
previously may have rejected, while the imagination becomes excited and receptive to new
ideas and new behaviours. In addition, you let go of conscious control of the mind, and
your subconscious mind takes over.

Yes, it does! Just like any type of change, you must actively participate by fully committing
and embracing the changes you are installing to benefit from rapid results.

Getting stuck in hypnosis is a myth. You have complete control the entire time. At the very
end I will instruct you to open your eyes, but if for any reason during the hypnosis if you
feel uncomfortable, the Wi-Fi connection drops or there is an emergency you need to deal
with, you can become fully aware at any time you choose to.

It is worth noting that change can occur in three different ways.

⭐️ Immediate – you decide in an instant and there is no going back
⭐️ Cumulatively – small consistent change takes place and over a period it becomes
second nature
⭐️ Retroactively – you notice the change when you reflect back

You can experience all three that is why it is important to listen to the transformation
recording for 21 days and have follow up sessions to monitor progress made and provide
any necessary additional support to integrate the changes permanently into your life.

It is well understood that thoughts become reality. Yet, for many, the understanding ends
there. So, what does it mean? The answer lies deep in our subconscious. When we have
thoughts, our neurotransmitters, which act as the body’s chemical messengers, facilitate
our body’s responses to those thoughts before they translate into feelings and
perceptions. 
The feelings and perceptions can be positive or negative; this is the science behind the
power of thoughts. Despite how much we diminish our inner dialogues by calling them the
“little voices in our heads”, they are one of the most powerful forces our minds can
contend with.
So how can we make the science work for us? 
The process of positive neuroplasticity allows the mind to change the brain. Through
mindfulness, clarity, and the application of the right tools provided by a Rapid
Transformational Therapist & Coach, cells can become the breeding ground for creating
change. 
It is entirely possible to make the changes we want to see in our minds; then allow those
changes to reflect in our lives by overriding limiting beliefs with positive and
compassionate ones and challenging the subconscious thoughts, which can lead to an
array of mental health and confidence issues. 
The results are often immediately effective and long-lasting, especially when used with
hypnotherapy to change habits and identify triggers and followed up with coaching to
ensure changes are fully integrated with the right coping skills for you to achieve your
future aspirations and goals self-sufficiently.

It is not advisable for people with a history of psychosis, auditory/visual hallucinations,
dissociative disorders, schizoaffective disorders or schizophrenia to receive hypnotherapy.
People with epilepsy, depending on severity, should also check with their doctor before
booking a session.

Zoom provides the necessary data protection and GDPR compliance and meets the RTT
training school minimum standards. As our sessions are going to be virtual (all my clients
feel it is better to be in the comfort of their own homes during our sessions so that they
can relax and reflect after the sessions rather than driving home or using public transport)
having a platform that is user friendly and easy to navigate was critical in my selection
decision. My aim is to keep things simple as possible and this tool enables easy access via
multiple device types (mobile, tablet and laptop/desktop) and integrates seamlessly into
my calendar and Calendly booking system, which offers me more automation so I can
focus my time adding value to my clients.

Confidentiality will be the cornerstone of our therapeutic relationship. I work within the
legal and ethical frameworks around the protection of sensitive information. All the
information from our sessions will be stored in a locked cabinet as part of my GDPR
compliance. However, I am duty-bound to breach confidentiality guidelines if I believe that
you could cause significant harm to yourself or others.

As humans, we are hard wired to seek pleasure and avoid pain. Our mind loves what is
familiar. Every habit of action, is linked to habit of thought, which is linked to a belief. Inorder to change the habit of action, you have to change the habit of thought and the belief
it is linked to first. So, unless you are 100% ready to delve deep, to face the past, and to
commit to yourself and this change, your mind will always win over you, i.e.,
emotions/feelings will always win over logic.

The mind has an ability to make something work that you believe works. If you believe it
will work, it certainly will. Believe, know, expect this WILL work! And if you believe it WON’T
work, you will also be right.
Our mind can’t handle conflicting thoughts / beliefs as they cancel each other out. What is
expected, tends to be realised, so, it is your decision to believe whatever you choose to. If
